Thekla is teaming up with PM Studios to release Order of the Sinking Star physically in 2027: a disc on PS5, a cartridge on Switch 2. Pre-orders are open.
Thekla, Jonathan Blow's studio, announced on Thursday, October 22, 2026 physical editions of Order of the Sinking Star for PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2, due in 2027. They will be published with PM Studios.
- The PS5 version will come on a disc.
- The Switch 2 version will come on a cartridge, not a Game Key Card.
- Pre-orders open the same day at select retailers, with planned prices of $34.99 (PS5) and $49.99 (Switch 2).
No exact release date has been given, and whether there will be a collector's edition is still to be decided: Thekla says more details will come later.
