Rainbow Six Mobile: Ubisoft is shutting the game down on January 15, 2027
Ubisoft is sunsetting Rainbow Six Mobile, launched worldwide in February 2026: it stays available until January 15, 2027 and the next season ships as planned.
Ubisoft is shutting down Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Mobile, the free-to-play Rainbow Six Siege spin-off for Android and iOS that launched worldwide on February 23, 2026.
In a message from the development team published on October 8 and quoted by VGC, the studio says the game "will remain available until January 15, 2027" and that the next season will still be released next week as planned.
The team thanks players who have followed the game since its soft launch in 2023, across 15 seasons, and promises more updates in the coming weeks to help them prepare for the transition. Ubisoft has not explained the reason for the shutdown.
