Stellar Blade on Switch 2: included DLC, price and launch time on November 5
Stellar Blade Complete Edition hits Switch 2 on November 5 at 3 PM GMT for €59.99, with the NieR:Automata and NIKKE DLC and the full game on cartridge.
SHIFT UP's action game arrives on Nintendo Switch 2 on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 7 AM PST / 3 PM GMT. Already available on PS5 and PC, Stellar Blade comes to Switch 2 as the Complete Edition, priced at €59.99 / £54.99, with all the content released so far.
What Stellar Blade is about
Earth has been devastated by the Naytiba, powerful and mysterious creatures, and humanity's last survivors have fled to a space colony. You play EVE, a member of the 7th Airborne Squad, sent to take the planet back. Expect fast, technical combat, a post-apocalyptic world to explore and a story that doesn't always offer easy choices.
What the Complete Edition includes
The edition includes the content of the two collaborations already released, Stellar Blade x NieR:Automata and Stellar Blade x GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE. Some of it only unlocks after progressing through the main story. On top of that come outfits exclusive to this edition, including the Stargazer set for EVE, Adam and Lily, and the Planet Diving Suit (Captain) for EVE.
Pre-ordering on the eShop or at participating retailers gets you early access to more accessories for EVE, including the Planet Diving Suit (White Edition).
The Switch 2 version
The game supports TV, tabletop and handheld modes, with touch screen features and HDR on compatible TVs. The download is 25.3 GB, and Nintendo Switch Online cloud saves are supported. It is available in English and a dozen other languages, and a demo on the eShop lets you try it before buying.
The physical cartridge holds the entire game: it isn't a game-key card, and no extra download is needed to play. A Limited Edition SteelBook with new key art is sold in strictly limited quantities at select retailers. The game is rated PEGI 18.
A free Bayonetta collaboration
SHIFT UP is also preparing four Bayonetta-inspired outfits for EVE. They will be free on Switch 2, PS5 and PC. Three appear in the latest trailer; the fourth hasn't been shown yet, and the studio hasn't said when they will arrive.
Worth knowing
In Korea and Japan, the game launches on Friday, November 6 at midnight local time, which is the same moment as in Europe and North America: the different date is only down to time zones, so some stores and sites may list November 6.
