How do you get Beast Axe?
Let the event where Taishi Ci falls into Zhang Liao's trap and dies play out (don't defeat Taishi Ci yourself). Then defeat Lu Xun, and Gan Ning when he arrives with his surprise-attack reinforcements.
Where is Beast Axe?
South of Cao Cao's camp, a little north of where Gan Ning's raid appears.
