How do you get Thunder Staff?
Get every peasant unit out through the south-central entry point. Peasants advance as enemy officers fall, so clear officers and soldiers from their route. Defeat Zhuge Liang as soon as he ambushes the main camp. Let the peasants escape before you defeat the gate captains behind Meng Huo; there's a reported glitch where they stop moving otherwise.
Where is Thunder Staff?
On the narrow path just west of the square hedge/forest in the northwest-center of the map, below the northern river.
