How do you get Dragon Chakram?
Defeat Guan Ping before the flood, which comes after a while or when you reach his western high ground.
Where is Dragon Chakram?
Northwest corner of the platform on the southern castle wall, with an Imperial Seal. Reach it by the stairs or rooftops; the flood doesn't cover it.
