How do you get Mystic Fang?
Get Han Sui to defect, and defeat Cheng Yin yourself. Clear the way by defeating Pang De and Ma Dai (and Cheng Yin) without harming Han Sui. Cao Cao then meets him, and Han Sui defects later in the battle (around the 10:30 mark).
Where is Mystic Fang?
Northwest corner of Ma Chao's camp, inside Tong Gate.
